Pedrito "Boy" Angeles, Jr. goes on indefinite leave from his elected post as ADDHS'66 batch president. Boy recently successfully steered the Sapphire Jubilee celebrations of ADDHS'66 in Davao City. In his text message sent to batch members early morning of last Jan. 1, 2012, Boy Angeles said: "Good morning. First of all, please accept my sincere appreciation and gratitude to all those who have supported our ADDHS Batch '66 achieve a very successful Banner Year for our Batch in 2011. It was indeed an honor and my deep pride to be an instrument in successfully "Unifying our Strengths." As we move on towards our Golden Anniversary on 2016, I wish to formally announce that I have relinquished my position as President to our Vice President Tani Wenceslao effective Jan. 1, 2012. I see myself in very tight family and work schedules beginng January 2012 so I need to go on indefinite leave until our Batch has decided to call a formal Election. I am so proud and happy to have served you for almost (4) years and the support i enjoyed will always be my inspiration to continue what we have begun. Thank you very much and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL. Best regards." |
